I am excited to be joining the team at Southend and to be teaching in Galileo Class this year! I am passionate about creating an environment where children feel valued, respected, and excited to learn. I believe that through mutual respect, fun, and high expectations, all children can thrive and reach their full potential.

This year, I will be the English Lead. I’m particularly passionate about fostering a love of reading and writing in all students. Encouraging a love of books and stories is at the heart of my teaching, and I strive to make every lesson engaging and inspiring. I want every pupil to not only grow as readers but to develop a lifelong love of learning. 

Outside the classroom, I enjoy reading (of course!), going to the gym and spending time with my family. I have a Fox Red Labrador who I absolutely adore and love spending time walking and training her.
